If you are a teacher who is already engaged in the ministry of teaching, the Seventh-day Adventist School system would like you to consider employment opportunities that are available in both Australia and New Zealand.

The Seventh-day Adventist Church operates 5,846 schools worldwide with a total enrolment of over 1 million students. The 55 Adventist schools in Australia cater for over 12,000 students in every State and Territory.

Education in Adventist schools is seen as a lifelong developmental process. Good development is balanced and harmonious, affecting the whole person. This includes religious faith, moral character, the intellect, emotional maturity and the social, practical and physical abilities. In gratitude for God's gifts to them, students should strive for excellence in all facets of learning, progressively reflecting more consistently the image of God.

The teaching ministry offers a lifelong career in ministering to the spiritual and educational needs of children and youth.
